(Hartford, OH)…With Sharon Speedway joining Lernerville Speedway as western Pennsylvania DIRTcar-member speedways, one of the bonus programs for Big-Block Modified racers is fast approaching.   The two speedways will hook up on August 3-4 for a doubleheader of ground-pounding action with $1,000 cash and four pit passes to the World Finals for the top point getter!  

 

 

ULMS/UEMS Show canceled; Bolland/Swartzlander punishments meted out!

 

Sarver, PA (July 20, 2012) The yellow flag was thrown on the 2012 season this afternoon as Lernerville and ULMS officials decided to cancel tonight’s ULMS Late Model and UEMS Emod show, (along with the Millerstown Pic-A-Part DIRTcar Sportsman), but they are working to rescheduled the event later in 2012.  But fear not, ye Finest Race Fans in the World, as there is still a lot going on as July rapidly draws to a close!

Sarver, PA (July 26, 2012) Hard as it may seem to believe, this Friday will lead us into the stretch run of the Budweiser Championship Chase for Fab Four Racing 2012!  With just five Fast Fridays of Fab Four Racing remaining, Kevin Schaeffer (Ti22 Sprints), Jared Miley (Precise Late Models), Dave Murdick (Diehl Mods) and Corey McPherson (Pic-A-Part Sportsman) all have their eyes on the prize of a prestigious Lernerville Speedway Track Championship.  While Jared Miley is on cruise control with a lead of almost two full nights of points, Schaeffer, Murdick and McPherson still have their work cut out for them!

Sarver, PA (July 12, 2012) Jason Vorhees won’t be at the Action Track tomorrow night, but we’ll celebrate Friday the 13^th in our own little way!  We’ll start off by dropping the price of admission to $13 for the night, but will very kindly ask for that $1 back as you pass through the gate to help fund Brian Steinman’s recovery from last week’s scary wreck in turn four.  Brian has undergone a pair of surgeries to stabilize his spinal column and has a long road to recovery, so every dollar will help!  In return, the first 200 fans that donate at least $1 will receive a “Get Well Soon” decal courtesy of Chunk at ZeroWraps and FullyInjected.com.  There will be a Chinese Benefit Auction at the speedway in two weeks, on Friday, July 27 as well.  More details on what will all be available for bidding as the event draws near!
