Sarver, PA (September 12, 2013) In the interest of full disclosure; Saturday Night races wreak havoc on the schedule of a Friday Night race track’s Public Relations Director. Especially when said PR Director doubles as the announcer, triples as the trophy “girl” and the start of the NFL season factors into the equation. All that said, herein you will find a more complete recap of last Saturday’s Autumn-Motive Fest Sportsman/Stock Spectacular, a complete rundown of the Enduro 100 results and a preview of this weekend’s upcoming “Back to School” Bus & Kids Bike Races with Senior Series Stocks, Figure 8s and a Demolition Derby.

Sarver, PA (August 21, 2013) The chase to the 2013 Budweiser Track Championships has come to a green-white-checkered finish with just two weeks of Fab Four Racing left on the 2013 schedule.  A total of 13 drivers have a shot at the title, though Mat Williamson could clinch his first Lernerville Track Championship on Friday Night and eliminate three drivers from that equation.  The Peoples TWP Sprints, Precise Late Models and Pic-A-Part Sportsman divisions, however, appear to be going right down to the wire.

Nostalgia Night/$1,700-to-win Dave Hoffman Memorial Take Two

Sarver, PA (August 14, 2013) After being postponed last Friday Night, the Lernerville Speedway will pay homage to its rich 40+ history this Friday, August 16 on Nostalgia Night coordinated by Don Gamble and hosted by the Pittsburgh Circle Track Club.  The annual gathering of the former stars and cars of the Action Track is always a popular event and will carry extra significance this year as the Hoffman family will be on hand to remember their father’s 299 career feature wins.  In addition to a memorial display of Dave and his long list of accomplishments, Dave’s son Bobby will be behind the wheel of Alex Ferree’s #10 car to take a victory lap that will serve as his father’s 300th career win.  Dave’s daughter Saundi will be in the flagstand to give Bobby the green and then commemorative 300-win checkered flag she made for her father as he neared the milestone that he never was able to achieve.  Dave’s wife Mary will also be on hand to award the feature winner an extra $300 to make the Dave Hoffman Memorial a $1,700-to-win race.
