6.1.18 Race notes

Arctic Cat All Star Sprints

Dave Blaney and Reutzel on the front row.  Shetler, Holtgraver, Spithaler, Cale Conley tangle in turn four. Busy work area.  Ryan Smith and Sye Lynch involved too with Tyler Esh

Shetler is done. Holtgraver is done and Lynch. No laps in the books. Blaney is setting the pace earliy just as two laps go in the books, Reutzel slides under Blaney on the frontstretch, The two battle side by side.  Caution for a slowed Ryan Smith with eight laps in teh books.  Restart. Reutzel gets a good one and so ddoes Haudenschild now now runs third. Meanwhile, Shaffer and McManan Battle for fourth which sShaffer takes on lap 11. . Kemenah moving forward with authority. Reutzel about to find lappers again with 14 laps in the books.

halfway hme.   Dave Blaney is not done as he starts battling haud. Shaffer now up to second. Blaney had somethoing shuffle him back. .  Shafer is coming fast. Haudnot giving up . , They split George Hobaugh in turn four with 17  down. . Haud tries Shaffer on the highside again in turn four and gets him. .   AJ Flick spins after contact with Esh in turn four. 20 laps down.

Restart. Reutzel gts a great start, Shaffer retakes second while Blaney moves back into fourth. .  Parker Price Miller is large and in charge on the top siside.   He's on a rambage and passes Haud for third.  Reutzel is stretching out a comfortable lead though and Shaffer is runing out of  time.  PPM is not  settling for third tonight. and he'ss on the hunt.  Shaffer moves up high to defend wile Reutzel is headed into a  batch of lappers.  Reutzel is desisive and swastes no time. . Kemenah now making up ground down low he picks off  fifth from Blaney iand is rolling towards Macedo in fourth.

RUSH Sprint Cars

No start. Steven cousins spin.

 

Gale Ruthe  Jr out to the early lead.  Meanwhile, Dalton Daniels is  all over second runningJOe McEwan. Kent is in fourth is bobbling. . Ruth Jr is moving. Daniels headed high and then low in one and two. Daniels spins  unassisted in turn four.  Caution si laps down.  . Restart, Ruth leads McEwan.  and is opening up that advantage as Arnie Kent goes to work on the third running Zack Morrow. Morrow dives underneath McEwan coming out of turn four with one to go and he takes the spot. as KenKent spoints in four

Allegheny Sprint Tour 305 Sprint Cars

Greg Doborsoky leads em to the green. Top two cars are nose to tail. Rogervine and Greg Dobrosky. Jake Gomoloa runs third. Johathan Hones runs fourth. Irvine is starting to get some separation with four laps in the books. Lapped traffic approaching for irvine.

Irvine makes his way through. wil Fleming, running fourth, made contact with a lapped car and ended up facing the wrong way on the front stretch. nine laps down

 

restart. Irvine gets a good jump. doborosky is challenged by Jones.  from down low.  Irvine can't be caught.
