Action well worth the wait as Shingledecker holds off McCreadie
Brandon Spithaler runs away and hides with Peoples Sprint feature
Joey Zambotti leads wire-to-wire, Kole Holden steals a win late

Sarver, PA (April 22, 2016) If you stayed home because of the weather Friday Night, shame on you for six weeks!  Despite an hour and 45-minute rain delay after just a few hot lap sessions, the Action Track Prep Crew provided a fast and tacky racing surface that provided some great action on the track that was well worth the wait!

Jeremiah Shingledecker held off one of the most talented drivers in the country in Tim McCreadie for the majority of the 25-lap Diehl Modified feature.  McCreadie crashed the party due to Sharons rainout and he jumped into Brian Swartzlanders backup car much to the pleasure of his fans that were decked out in their T-Mac attire Friday Night.  Defending Track Champion Mat Williamson finished second after getting around McCreadie in the closing laps.

Brandon Spithaler absolutely dominated the Peoples Sprint feature, leading every lap, posting lap time almost a whole second faster than second place Jack Sodeman Jr., and lapping the entire field except Sodeman and George Hobaugh, (who had a great run to finish on the podium).

Joey Zambotti held off a late charge from Aaron Easler to score a win in the Pic-A-Part Sportsman feature and Kole Holden stole a late race win from a very impressive Chelsie Kriegisch in the RUSH Sportsman Modifieds; Kriegisch led the first 18 laps before giving way to Holden.
