Lernerville Speedways Fab4 Racing Canceled for Tonight, May 7th

Persistent overnight rain showers lingering into the morning, have forced cancellation of œFab4 Racing Revved Up by Marburger? for Friday, May 7th, 2021. Next Friday night will be the third attempt to celebrate œThe Lernerville Grand presented by Alternative Power Sources.? As part of the Fab4 Racing on May 14th, the Peoples 410 Sprint Cars will compete for a $1,000 cash bonus, in addition to the posted prize money, as the event will mark the 1,000th Sprint Car race in Lernerville history. A full program of racing for the Precise Racing Products Late Models, Diehl Automotive Big Block Modifieds, and the Millerstown Pic-A-Part Pro Stocks is also on the agenda, with a launch time of 7:30pm.

The saturation of the Lernerville Speedway property, after several days of precipitation, created hazardous conditions for Friday, May 7th. In addition to safety concerns for competitors at full speed on a œsoft,? damp, racing surface, the pit area and spectator parking lots are too wet to be used in a practical and safe manner. This is the second consecutive week that weather conditions have rendered the speedway silent on a Friday night.

Tickets from the opening night rain out, April 16th, will still be honored for admission next week, on Friday May 14th.
