$25,000-to-win Silver Cup XXXII On Tap Tuesday Night

Sarver, PA (July 17, 2023) The stars will come out and they will shine on Tuesday, July 18 for the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup featuring the Tezos All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Cars Presented by Mobil 1. Honoring legendary Lernerville Speedway track promoter Don Martin, the annual Silver Cup is one of the richest events on both the Lernerville and All Stars schedules, featuring a top prize equaling $25,000.

With a talented mix of drivers on tour currently, the All Stars bring a loaded side into racing on Tuesday night with rising star Zeb Wise, former USAC Triple Crown Champion Chris Windom, Sye Lynch, the Steel City Outlaw himself, Tim Shaffer and more all looking to take the cup home. Current series points leader Tyler Courtney comes into the night as a question mark following a back injury suffered last Friday night at Eldora Speedway. Per his team's official release, Courtney is expected to make a complete recovery, though it is anyone's guess when he might return to the seat, which opens up the possibility of a relief driver for Tuesday night.

The Silver Cup could very well be a wide open affair this year as more and more invaders such as Central, PA hot shoe Devon Borden and Indiana wheelman Justin Peck have made their plans already known and even more are in the process of doing so. Make sure to check your favorite driver's social media channels for updates. For the All Stars at Lernerville, it will be their second consecutive Silver Cup event appearance. In 2022, Kyle Larson, Brent Marks and Justin Peck gave the invaders a podium sweep. Also in attendance were Rico Abreu, Cap Henry, Kyle Reinhardt and Parker Price-Miller among others. AJ Flick leads the local side among weekly competitors at Lernerville. Flick has amassed five weekly wins at The Action Track in 2023 and looks to be firmly en route to what could be a seventh career track championship with the Peoples Natural Gas Sprint Cars.

Joining the All Stars will be the Allegheny Sprint Tour 305 Sprint Cars who will be battling for an attractive $2,000-to-win top prize on Tuesday night courtesy of Sportsman's Supply Co. of Butler, PA. The Allegheny Sprint Tour made an appearance on Friday, May 26 at The Action Track which drew 23 cars as Jeremy Kornbau took the checkered flag that night.

Pit gates are scheduled to open at 2 PM with grandstands opening at 5 PM. Hot laps are slated to begin at 6 PM with qualifying for the All Star Sprints taking place directly afterwards and racing following opening ceremonies at 7:25 pm.
Tickets are available online at Lernerville.com. Any advance ticket purchased before 11:59 PM on Monday night will receive a free pit pass upgrade. Race day prices at the gate are as follows.
