Lernerville 2024 will be Bigger and Better than ever!

Sarver, PA (December 6, 2023) 2024 will be one of the biggest and best seasons in the 50+ year history of Don Martin's Lernerville Speedway!

Anchored by the best weekly card in all of dirt track racing, Lernerville's 2024 slate also boasts three nights of Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and three nights of the new and improved High Limit Racing National Sprint Car Series, and the long awaited return of Monster Trucks to the Action Track!
As always, we will start off with a Test & Tune night on Friday, April 5, and then begin the 2024 season the very next night, Saturday, April 6 right where the 2023 season left off; with the completion of the weather suspended portion of the Steel City Stampede.

Opening Night of Fab4 Racing Revved Up with the Marburger Farm Dairy is scheduled for Friday, April 19 featuring the Peoples Natural Gas 410 Sprints, Precise Racing Products Late Models, Diehl Automotive Big Block Modifieds, and Millerstown Pic-A-Part Pro Stocks. There are 16 scheduled Fab4 Friday nights in 2024 with all divisions receiving at least one night off. There will be a little extra on the line for fans and drivers on select Fab4 Fridays with higher paying events starting on May 10 with the McConnell Memorial featuring the ULMS Late Models and extending to appearances of Western PA Sprint Speed Week on May 31 and two appearances by the BRP Modified Tour on May 17 and July 12. Other special events on Fab4 Fridays include our annual Holiday Races with Fireworks courtesy of #1 Cochran Automotive on June 7, Mid-Season Championships on June 14, and our Fab4 season wraps up on Championship Night which is scheduled for August 16.

Two other big, regional shows will follow Championship Night, as we switch over to Saturday nights at the end of August this year for the Peluso Roofing Sprint Car Spectacular on August 24 and the Ken Schaltenbrand Sr. Memorial sanctioned by ULMS on August 31. As they will for other select Fab4 Fridays, the Allegheny Sprint Tour 305s will support the Sprint Car Spectacular and the UEMS Modifieds will join their ULMS brethren for the Schaltenbrand race.
The 18th Annual Firecracker 100 presented by Big River Steel featuring the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series once again carries a $50,000 payday for the winner of the three-day racing portion of the now five-day Firecracker weekend. The racing action begins with preliminary nights on Thursday and Friday that culminate in twin, $5,000-to-win feature events that will set the stage for the $50,000-to-win Finale on Friday Night. Once again, the Firecracker weekend will also include the $20,000-to-win Bill Emig Memorial for the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Late Models. But before all the professional racing takes place, fans will have the opportunity to strap into or even drive a race car around the Action Track, as our friends from the Race on Dirt Experience will be on hand for ride along and driving experiences on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 18 & 19. It’s a fantastic, extra long weekend of camping, activities, concerts and racing in the summer sunshine that you won’t want to miss! Call the speedway office to reserve your camping spots during weekday business hours at (724) 353-1511.

We are thrilled to announce that the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup will be sanctioned by the recently announced National Sprint Car Series for High Limit Racing. NASCAR Champion Kyle Larson and five-time World of Outlaws Champion Brad Sweet rolled the dice by bringing High Limit to Lernerville in their inaugural season of 2023 and made the Commonwealth Clash the highest paying sprint car race in the illustrious 50+ year history of Lernerville Speedway. For 2024, they will not only be sanctioning the Silver Cup on Tuesday, July 23, but have expanded the Commonwealth Clash into a two-day show with a $10,000 preliminary night on Friday, September 13 and another $50,000 show on Saturday, September 14.

Returning once again, are our immensely popular School Bus Race/Kids Bike Race nights with 100-lap Enduro which will grace the Action Track on Saturday, June 8, and once again on Saturday, September 21. Also returning with a twist in 2024, will be our Test & Tune Tuesdays with the Butler County Tourism Mini Stocks and new for this year, Vintage Modifieds as fans can enjoy a free night at the speedway during the work week with even more racing this year.

For the first time in several years, Monster Trucks make their return to the Action Track in 2024 on Saturday, May 25 with the Overdrive Monster Truck Series providing a fantastic show full of thrills, pit parties and rides for the kids. New for 2024 will be the DirtTV 3-Wide Friday featuring the Peoples Natural Gas 410 Sprints, Allegheny Sprint Tour 305 Sprints, and a huge $7,500 payday for the Millerstown Pic-A-Part/Penn Ohio Pro Stocks on the Friday following Firecracker weekend; June 28.

And once again, we close out our 2024 season with the Steel City Stampede, which will kick off on Thursday, October 10 and run through Saturday, October 12 featuring our Fab4 Racing divisions, the RUSH Racing Series, and other divisions and regional racing series. The other new event on the 2024 schedule will immediately follow the Stampede on Sunday, October 13; Geibel Fest - Day of Destruction. This event is the brainchild of our General Manager Greg Geibel, who has a history with and passion for events like demolition derbies, double figure-8 races, and other fast-paced, high-impact events. Stay tuned for more details in the near future!
